100Gb/s Balanced Receiver

Cosemi's high speed detector solutions provide our customers with low cost, top illuminated, balanced photodetectors for up to 100Gb/s QPSK applications. Cosemi balanced photodetectors with > 30GHz bandwidth, seamlessly connect to linear TIAs in order to form the foundations of a complete coherent, 100Gb/s QPSK receiver.

Low Power 100Gb/s Solution

Cosemi's innovative packaging solution utilizing our known good PIN and VCSEL arrays enable multiple optical channels while consuming the smallest possible real estate for AOC and data communications applications. For data communications, Cosemi’s arrayed packaging can easily fit in the existing package requirements for CXP, QSFP, CFP, CFP2, CFP4 and QSFP2. It’s small size and flexibility allow for any future standards evolution. For AOC applications such as Fiber Channel, Infiniband, PCI Express, Serial ATA, etc., Cosemi array solutions provide the required intrinsic 10Gb/s per channel speed as well as the precision alignment which only semiconductor manufacturing techniques can achieve.
