Overview
Cosemi's short wavelength (850nm), GaAs photodiode portfolio offers solutions for a wide variety of short range, high bandwidth applications. Our photodiodes begin at data rates ranging from 1Gbps to over 10Gbps. Common applications are 4G ROSA, 10G ROSA, 10G SFP+, 10G LRM, chip to chip interconnects, and QSFP cables. All products are Telcordia-qualified and guaranteed by Cosemi's proprietary SureOptical quality process. Our products have been tested with most leading TIA vendors and are in production with many leading 10G TOSA and 10G ROSA manufacturers. |
