We are proud of what we do, just as we know that you are proud of your company and products.  Thus, both parties need to protect our discussions, intellectual assets, and trade secrets from outside forces that may use them to their advantage.
Before our companies exchange in-depth detailed product data, quality reports, pricing, strategies, product designs, and the like, Cosemi requires a mutual non-disclosure agreement be executed.  Use the link below to find our standard form.  Please review, complete, sign, and fax back this form to (949) 623-9817.  Once received, Cosemi will mail you a final copy of the executed agreement.

If you prefer, we can also use your corporate agreement.  Just fax it over signed, so we can review, countersign and return to you quickly.

To simplify and speed the processing of your new Cosemi order, we ask that you please take a few minutes to complete the following account application with some important credit, billing, and shipping information.  Once completed, we will gladly ship you any sample size or production quantity of products.

Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days when products are in inventory.  However, depending on the product and/or order quantity, please allow up to 6-10 weeks for our standard production and quality processes when die are not in inventory.
