Cosemi's GaAs and InGaAs/InP PIN Photodiode chips are ideal for high bandwidth 850nm, 1310nm and 1550nm optical networking applications. The devices offer high responsivity, low dark current and high bandwidth for high performance receiver design.
The photodiodes are supplied in die form only allowing manufacturers to address a wide varieties of application. The devices are ideally suited for datacom, telecom, and other high volume applications. Common applications are 4G ROSA, 10G ROSA, 10G SFP+, 10G LRM, chip to chip interconnects, and QSFP cables. All products are Telcordia-qualified and guaranteed by Cosemi's proprietary SureOptical quality process. Our products have been tested with most leading TIA vendors and are in production with many leading 10G TOSA and 10G ROSA manufacturers. |
